I want to encourage anyone looking to do their ICF accreditation to sign up with Coach2Reach. Initially I signed up because C2R were really well priced – and I wasn’t sure that I had much more to “learn” as a coach with a great deal of professional experience. But WOW. The content is very good. I like that it is very reliant on self-learning, as I can work at my own pace and time. The sessions are interactive and connected – I really enjoy the Training from the Back of the Room style of learning in the sessions. Sivakumar is an absolute draw-card. He is an excellent, elegant, confident coach who is committed to developing the ICF candidates to themselves be really present, curious and confident coaches. As a professional coach who loves coaching in action, I must say that sitting with Siva as a guide, is a rewarding experience that I can recommend to new coaches, as well as coaches who have been at-it for a long time.
